The Infinite Pathways Men’s Treatment and Recovery Facility will provide 24/7, on-site Peer Recovery Coaching to residents in its 50-bed Level III Men’s Recovery Residence. The recovery residence serves men ages 18 and over with OUD, with or without co-occurring mental and/or behavioral health issues. The facility operates in accordance with the West Virginia Bureau for Behavioral Health Substance Use Recovery Standards. The Infinite Pathways Men’s Treatment & Recovery Center incorporates three evidence-based practices into the delivery of OUD treatment services: Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), Motivational Interviewing, and Peer-Based Recovery Support Services.
The facility aims to:
- Increase access to medication-assisted treatment (MAT) using the three FDA-approved medications for the treatment of opioid use disorder.
- Reduce unmet treatment need
- Reduce opioid overdose related deaths through the provision of prevention, treatment, and recovery activities for OUD (including prescription opioids, heroin, and illicit fentanyl and fentanyl analogs).
