Men’s Treatment & Recovery Facility

The Infinite Pathways Men’s Treatment and Recovery Facility will provide 24/7, on-site Peer Recovery Coaching to residents in its 50-bed Level III Men’s Recovery Residence. The recovery residence serves men ages 18 and over with OUD, with or without co-occurring mental and/or behavioral health issues. The facility operates in accordance with the West Virginia Bureau for Behavioral Health Substance Use Recovery Standards. The Infinite Pathways Men’s Treatment & Recovery Center incorporates three evidence-based practices into the delivery of OUD treatment services: Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), Motivational Interviewing, and Peer-Based Recovery Support Services.

The facility aims to:

  1. Increase access to medication-assisted treatment (MAT) using the three FDA-approved medications for the treatment of opioid use disorder.
  2. Reduce unmet treatment need
  3. Reduce opioid overdose related deaths through the provision of prevention, treatment, and recovery activities for OUD (including prescription opioids, heroin, and illicit fentanyl and fentanyl analogs).
